Sedalia, MO | July 18, 2025 — Tri-L Manufacturing, in partnership with Precision Manufacturing and Economic Development Sedalia-Pettis County (EDSPC), proudly hosted a ribbon cutting and open house 7/17/25, celebrating a significant expansion that marks a new chapter of innovation and job growth in Pettis County.
The event brought together city and county leaders, business partners, state representatives, and community supporters to recognize the continued success of this family-owned agricultural equipment manufacturer. With the acquisition of Precision Manufacturing and the integration of nearly 500 high-quality product offerings, Tri-L is positioned to expand its workforce, increase production capabilities, and further invest in the local economy.
“Having this business in Sedalia is a great chance to join forces, and really help expand both the Tri-L and Precision name to carry on the legacies and the people that started it, and work so hard to get it moving in the first place.” said CFO, Brett Reuther. After naming a handful of employees that work at either Tri-L or Precision, Brett also states, “All of these guys help make a successful team; we also want to give them thanks and recognition too for their hard work and great attitudes. We’re big on coming to work, helping each other to make a good product and a good team.”
Together, Tri-L Manufacturing and Precision Manufacturing have 20 employees – and only expect to grow within the community and reach the ag producers to make their day to day lives more efficient in the work they do.
Bob and Robin Lynch, owners of Tri-L and Precision with Brett emphasized their appreciation and excitement for Tri-L to now have a footprint in Sedalia- Pettis County. “We’re excited to be here in Sedalia; to be a part of a great community, and a hard working community as well.”
The event concluded with facility tours, equipment demonstrations with Ag Power, and lunch provided by local favorite Sweets & Eats Food Truck.
