Through PCMA we strive to give our members a forum to learn, have an opportunity to exchange ideas, and sharing common experiences.  It is also an opportunity for them to interact with each other.  Each year, PCMA members enjoy plant tours and learn from dynamic speakers to help them grow in their job at their employment.
