Impact Signs Breaks Ground in Thompson Meadows Industrial Park

June 30, 2023 – Sedalia, Missouri Community and Business leaders gathered today in Sedalia, Missouri to celebrate Impact Signs’ Groundbreaking Ceremony as they begin construction on a new State-of-the-Art headquarters and manufacturing facility. Impact Signs has become the fastest growing, most trusted name in the sign industry throughout the Central United States. This new showcase facility will consist of over 50,000 square feet of corporate offices, showroom, expanded manufacturing and increased production, all located on 5.5 acres in Thompson Meadows Industrial Park.


“This expansion is a direct response to the increased demand of our products & services,” said David Goodson, President & CEO. “Last year, Impact provided sign products & services to 13 different states, in 209 cities and represented over 1000 projects. Impact Signs offer a wide variety of products and services ranging from consultation, design, engineering, permitting, manufacturing, installation, and service of all types of signage, along with a full line of custom printed products and wraps.


This successful Groundbreaking Ceremony would not have been possible without the strong team of contractors and firms working in collaboration with Impact Signs to include DavJul, LLC, Wood & Huston, Allstate Consultants, PBA Architects, J. Squared Engineering, CSC Construction Group, Ramey Concrete, Home Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Cabinetry Pros, B&P Excavating, Shippy Electric, Grid Works, Gardner Denver/Cullum & Brown, Overhead Door, Anchor Sales & Service and Foster Fire Protection.


Impact Signs will invest from $8-10 Million in the new building and new equipment to launch this expansion. This new equipment will include 300+ feet of overhead cranes, CNC machinery, wide format printers and laminators as well as a new state-of-the-art wrap installation bay. In addition, the new facility will allow the company to grow their employment base in the coming years while retaining 48 existing employees.
