PrintLynx, Mid-Missouri's leading commercial printing company, is pleased to announce the renewal of their certifications to offer environmentally friendly paper products.  PrintLynx is one of the few printing companies in the Sedalia area to offer FSC and SFI chain-of-custody paper.

The certifications are obtained through Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI). These organizations are watchdogs for the environment and are responsible for forest management.

Requirements for certifications included PrintLynx staff training, designated procedures for handling and printing on this paper, audits, and correct documentation. A successful visit from the auditor confirmed the renewals on March 18, 2010. PrintLynx obtained their original FSC certification on September 15, 2009, and the original SFI certification on April 10, 2009.
